In order to register an order, information about the rental period and the type of equipment reserved/ordered will also be stored. This personal data is used to provide the service to you. The personal data will be stored as long as you remain registered as a user with us.
The personal data we have registered is available and can be changed under “My Page,” which you will find in the booking system after logging in. You may also contact us and request that your personal data be removed, or that your account be deactivated in our systems. You will then no longer be able to use the service unless you register again.

Personal Data Shared with Third Parties

Payment Information

When you place an order, your card information is stored with the payment provider DIBS in order to process your order. DIBS stores the information securely and in compliance with PCI certification. This allows us to handle order changes, release of reservations such as deposits, credits, additional costs incurred by the user (e.g., for late return, damages, or similar), as well as reduce misuse and fraud.
Transaction information related to your order is stored, but not your card details. Transaction information will be stored as long as you remain registered as a user of the service, cf. section on personal data.
